Happy new year! Hope everyone had a great start to 2012.
I am a little bit behind on blogging and I still have some awesome weddings and engagement sessions to share from last year. And some travel photos too – as I just got back from NYC where we spent Christmas and New Year’s eve with family and friends.
Some of my work has been published on a few wedding blogs in the past months and I am very honored to share these features with you.

Nicole and Jon’s beautiful outdoor wedding hosted by the Wild Rose Inn of Okoboji was featured on Style me Pretty. A lot of DIY inspiration for future brides. Nicole really did an outstanding job and i can’t wait to share a lot of photos from their wedding. Coming soon so stay tuned.

There aren’t a lot of destination weddings happening in Dubuque, Iowa but Jenny and Sam planned a beautiful one at the Grand River Center / Hotel Julien. Featured on Destination Brides.

Emily and Matt’s northern michigan wedding featured on ANW.
On Monday I came back from a week long trip to Romania. I went there for a wedding. Not as a photographer but as a godparent:) Godparents are spiritual parents for the young couple and are meant to provide guidance in life for the young couple.
I’m still tired from the long trip and lack of sleep but it was an amazing week and I am grateful that I got to see my family and friends.

Today we celebrated the 3 years mark of our marriage. It’s been an amazing ride so far with a lot of changes in our life. It’s a real blessing to have someone to share everything with.
Now, more than ever we are anxious to see what the future has planned for us.

I’ve got some spare time on my hands these days so I thought a facelift to my Facebook fan page would be nice. Make sure to check it out and tell me what you think. Become a fan if you like my work:) !
I know there are a lot of photographers that aren’t familiar with html & css so I thought it would be nice if I released my design as a template for others to use.
If you like it you can download the package here. There are detailed instructions inside the package so have fun with it! If you have any questions leave a comment and I’ll try to address them.
